This Porter was brewed with the coffee drinker and donut lover in mind. Light in ABV but not in flavor. The dark roasted malts and the hazelnut coffee that are added late in the brewing process & then again during fermentation give this beer the taste of a freshly dunked donut.

   Our flagship stout was indeed a mistake. This was brewed to be a predominantly brownie stout and although it didn’t turn out exactly as we planned, it did come out with some nice chocolate and roasted flavors you would expect from any great stout. This beer is still made with brownies to this day and it’s  what makes this brew the Best Mistake we could make.

    We brew this double India Pale Ale to cater more to the fruit flavors

of the hops rather then the citrus notes.  While you will still get a hint of

citrus, it is the gooseberries, melon and tropical fruit notes that make this

beer unique and dank. This beer is brewed with thirteen hop additions

using nine varieties of hops, including Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin that are

dry hopped for three weeks
